To enter a room simply double touch or two touch on the Room area in room list. 2. The status of room is “Playing”, or time stamp of remained time to play 3. There are 4 types of room, Emerald, Sapphire, Diamond and Ruby. 4. Each room type requires the minimum tick price. For example, a ticket price in Emerald is 5P and Diamond ticket’s 1￡. The Room 1. When you fist visit a room, it’s divided into two columns. 2. Right column is ticket list to buy. Another ticket list can be shown to swipe ticket list. 3. Touch a ticket to buy, the status of ticket is changed to “Selected”. Touch “SELECT MAX TICKETS”, 18 tickets will be selected. 4. Touch “BUY SELECTED TICKETS”, then all of tickets to be chose will be bought. The Game 1. One of the great things with online Bingo is that you won’t need to worry about marking your cards as you go, the computer will do all this for you. 2. While you enjoy the game or chat with your friends, our automatic daubers will mark your cards and keep a record of how many correct calls you need to win 3. WTF??? Why can people buy credit and not be credited the amount unless they rant and rave and send lots of emails? Seems they are just ripping people off and taking their money but wont credit them with credits they bought with REAL cash! Please get this fixed ASAP!!

Login for Facebook is messed up. The page doesn't load for m phone and my husbands. I have credits on that account that I can't use because the app won't let me log in. Can you fix this please!

Hi am having problem getting my credit from you for bongo star and bingo city. Ten weeks I bought 5k for bingo star & 10k for b/ city and over a week ago I bought $20k for bingo star. To date I have not received a thing - not a reply - nothing. This seems to be happening a lot to a lot of people who want to play bi go. I also purchased 5k through my Facebook acc - not received either. Why is this happening. Why do some people have no problem and others like me you do not credit. Please get your act together. I lost all my purchased and won credits after last update and no answer to emails. Your app should be removed from iTunes until you respond to everyone who's money you have taken and NOT provided their credits... Too bad because it is one of my favorite apps.

Like many others have mentioned, what kind of company offers in-app purchases and does not follow through with giving the customers what they paid for. I spent $4.99 USD and NEVER received my coins, but Fungrep sure did get MY $$$$$$.

DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME!
Not only do they steal your money, the game is set up for a selected group of accounts (approx 15-20 different accounts out of on avg 200 accounts playing) to win 75-80% of each win (Line 1, Line 2 and house).
This game is rigged. First it tells you 5 people are in a room, then you purchase cards... Bam 900 people are in the room. You check the chat lobby to find a friend out of 900 people and your name is the only one listed. This leads me to believe there is me and 899 robots playing. Surprise surprise I never win.
